The budgets within the GBUs have been dispersed and certain gbus have already been reorged so at this point i wouldnt expect many changes.
On the cerner side though they are still working through the spreadsheets, overall gbu hiring is frozen except for very specific exceptions until the cerner sheets are worked through. Essentially they are determining if an engineer in cerner may be better for an open role elsewhere in the gbu.
Keep in mind, like most everything else on this forum, this is just speculation
