I have been with this company many years. Today I am tired. I want to be excited for changes that may come but I feel like care management might be a thing of the past soon if we do not show a return on investment. People are anxious. My leader is tense but puts on a brave face. I worry for her. I worry for myself.

I do make a difference everyday I call members. I know I keep members out of the hospitals. I do post d/c calls and I call md office’s daily to address some type of need a member has. The med rec’s have been amazing! Not sure how to measure this but I know I help people every time I pick up the phone. UTC’s are a big issue. I hope that our value will be seen in the ROI. If not we will be toast.
