Some of my colleagues are quite convinced that their positions are stable. Sometimes I really wonder where people get so much confidence that they think they are safe.
Perhaps I'm panicking too much, but I think there are still more people who think it's high time to polish their resume?

These days it is dog eat dog. You will be thrown under the bus, run over, backed over and run over again. Especially if you speak up or are not a yes person
