Considering the terrible management style, it is surprising that there are still talented individuals left here at all. That's why I say that PayPal can be considered a lucky company, because I can't even imagine what this company will look like after the remaining good and capable employees leave or get laid off...

Getting the best talent offshore, yeah right. Until you spend money training and developing them and they just leave. You clearly have never had this happen before. PayPal has done it before and it didn't work. This awful executive leadership just keeps re-hashing the worst things the company has already done and acting like they're brilliant for it. Absurd.
Can't believe I just saw someone justify exploitation of labor

Spoken like someone who has never seen the quality of work being done overseas.
Offshoring jobs is not only cost savings but you also get the best talent in an environment where all youngsters are looking for a job. And in certain countries, you have to take few exams to get the job and interviews. I think this is a great way for PayPal to grow internationally. Also, most foreign employees don't complain about working long hours. They know there are 100's of candidates waiting for their job. This is why companies off shore jobs. Sure, in the beginning, it may be a little tough but once they know how things work, they are at the top of their game. You know it's true. So give this post a thumbs down.
There's a massive disconnect between leadership and the company. They aren't going to listen, anyway. It doesn't help that middle management is constantly fighting each other and most of them suck, anyway; so they mask any complaints we have and leadership doesn't bother to dig deeper.
Well, Archie might. Maybe. I don't know, this company has made me cynical.
PayPal cares about the bottom line. They don't care about customer service or the employee. That's been established. The talent that has left I hope are happier. This is the most toxic workplace I have dealt with in my entire life.
