I'm happy when I hear about someone who found better job and left this one here, but at the same time it depresses me because I haven't been able to get a better offer for months now. I guess I just haven't been lucky so far. Is the job market really as good as some say? What are your experiences with finding a new job now?

Yes and if you look at Carrie T. email From Friday 7-29-22 she said no changes for now but moving forward may have changes with the restructuring. At least she cannot share what’s going to happen yet she said. I do appreciate the heads up. She has had to deliver bad news to us before and always does it in a very caring way. Good luck to us all. My guess is we will hear something in October or November. Merry Christmas the Humana way :(
I just accepted another job with a much better pay package. I am hoping the best for the rest of you that are choosing to stay.
Every job I have been offered has been offering very low pay - not comparable to where I am out. The market is flooded with nurses wanting to work from home after covid
It's not just you I and many others have been applying for a while with no return on investment
