I seriously hope Follett is considering the crushing inflation that is impacting our salaries. I have talked with numerous employees that are struggling to pay bills and it’s not likely that the upcoming college graduates are going to accept low pay. It’s a task to get them to work at all, and who can blame them?

Last I heard, raises should be coming in October. Oddly enough, this will be right about the time of the upcoming recession, so unfortunately, they will not be able to give out raises. Of course, they will have to hire new execs at higher salaries to make up for all the people that are quitting or getting forced out.
They got rid of some A/P jobs but they’re still hiring VPs and above like crazy since a bunch were either let go with the sale or they decided to leave after.
Who is getting let go from HO?
Perhaps there is finally and understanding amongst the new owners that there were too many chiefs and not enough Indians? Stores are cost centers where the money is made. You really don’t need THAT many managers, vp’s, senior vp’s, AND executive vp’s in the ivory tower? Fingers crossed?!

Considering we still don’t have a budget or anything else they said was coming, don’t expect a dime.
SM's are salary so the Peak Pay doesn't apply since they bonus.
Are they doing that for everyone now? It used to only be for hourly employees so SMs were SOL.
Hey! We get an extra $1 of peak pay for 4 weeks. That should be good enough when you're busting your *$$.
