When I got the job here, I'm not gonna lie, I thought it was the best thing that happened to me and that I would be able to progress here. What a disappointment. Just out of curiosity, how disappointed are you in this company? How much a better workplace did you think Oracle was than it actually turned out to be?

Honestly I’m surprised that no one ever hits bonus on pooled plans, or hasn’t in years.
People that I’d asked about this before accepting either lied or can’t do the math on the checks they receive.
Trust me on the point that the grass IS greener on the other side of the fence. I can't believe that I wasted so much time with ORCL.
So, when exactly did your employment at Oracle start? I mean, if we are talking 20 years ago then that's one thing. But if we are talking in the last couple of years then that's on you.
How disappointed in the company?
