I hope Fiserv doesn't have to restate the financial results down the road. It would be embarrassing.
I think this board should lower the temperature. It’s clear that while difficult choices were made, they are having a positive impact on results. Clients are staying and in fact clients are being added
Why were they laid off at the end of the quarter instead of at the start of the quarter? So their value could be extracted up until the last moment.
Please explain how the company laid off all those 'producing' employees yet achieved better results than when they were still working? Perhaps the ones who were laid off aren't as valuable as you think you were? Seems like Frank is just cutting dead weight just like he did at First Data. That is why acquiring is carrying the rest of the business.
These are the best results of any company in the whole of human history. No company will ever have results as good as this quarter ever again. Clearly what we need to do is remove 5% of the workers who produced this result before the next quarter so we will get returns that are even better than this quarter. By removing the employees who produce the returns is how we will win! Frank knows the way. Frank is infallible. #BeingFrankAsFrankIsFrankFrankFrankAndBeans
