On July 27, 2022, Humana (NYSE: HUM) announced that Timothy Alan Wheatley, Segment President, Retail, will be transitioning from his current role as of December 31, 2022, after which he has agreed to serve in an advisory capacity to the Company through March 1, 2024 (the “Transition Period”) to ensure a smooth transition of the Company’s Retail Segment operations.
