Dear CEO and CMo,
Why are your pants so tight?
How come I can see your ankles? Why don't your wear socks?
Why do you try to dress like a doofus 30 years younger than you?
I miss the cufflinks crew.
You don't have to be a leader to answer the corporate customer service jobs question. The answer is no. Han's basic philosophy of business is that service functions both internal and external are better done by contractors so they can add and remove headcount without having to do hiring and layoffs. It's the same with the stores, he wants all agents because there is no hard to get rid of costs. If a store sales decrease we lose money. If an agents sales decrease they are automatically paid less because they are paid a fixed amount for gross adds.
Hans goal is to build a company of vendor managers that can rapidly increase or decrease spending with ups and downs in the economy and wireless industry cycles.
This is because Hans is a bean counter at heart. He's never understood customer service, product development, or network technology. The 3 areas most good CEOs come out of. Accounting is an important function but this isn't an accounting business. So we shouldn't have an accountant leading it.
Who ties your shoelaces?
are we going to see more corporate customer service jobs added in the future- currently feel like there’s significantly more vendors and they are causing more work and issues for corporate employees. how many times have you seen, or had, a customer come in -or reach out to if you’re in business, saying that a customer service rep (vendor when you look at the notes) told them they can get XYZ, or that you can help them with XYZ, and it’s something that you don’t have any control over and can’t help them with -creating a headache for the customer and for employees
How fast is fast?
These are the 2 biggest questions:
Where's the growth coming from?
Since T-Mobile has a better 5g network, if T-Mobile keeps their prices low, how are we going to out-compete them as we head into a recession?
I would ask who was responsible for the atrocious shirt selections for the retail store staff. They had one job and now have somehow blundered it up again.
(I feel like I need to add company-related.)
