Blow out Quarter!!!

I have to admit Fiserv earrings announced were incredible! Double digit revenue growth, client wins, investment in technology and increased guidance is stellar!

Congratulations to the entire Fiserv team!

@eal+1hUg5XRJ If you aren't happy with your situation then change it. You have always been, are now and will always be in charge of your life. You want a higher income? go find a company that pays what you want. You want better leadership? Go work for a company that has better leadership. Honestly I will never understand why some people constantly play the victim card. Get it into your head that you control your destiny.

Notice how Fiserv charges customers more to match inflation... but doesn't compensate us for it. So essentially we are taking paycuts... so really shouldnt these suits be thanking us for doing more work for less money?

3% raise... inflation at 9%... wow yea I am totally excited about some fortune 500 treating us like sh-t. Please

OFD is certainly the star of the show right now. Don’t count out OFS, there still may be a comeback left

How long will original First Data need to carry the original Fiserv business units? Clover and acquiring are basically making up for a lack of revenue from everyone else. Ya'll original fiserv folks can step up and start producing anytime! Frank really needs to keep cleaning house.

Leverage - what are you talking about? Leverage ration is below 3, which is normal for a Fortune 500. You must of been sleeping when we paid down most of our debt the last three years

Fiserv will implode under all the leverage they have. It is only a matter of time. They will parcel the OFS parts of the company to save the sinking ship but it will only be a temporary fix.

At the cost of human livelihoods security and misplaced dedication. Not profits. Blood money is more like it. I'm sure Hi---r turned a nice profit as well.
Pathetic to think this corporate raider did anything other than sell folks lives for his fake profit.
Even more pathetic are those that think he is doing a good job.

Organic growth is transaction-based. The world is coming out of a two-year coma and Fiserv is a beneficiary of the activity.

It's too bad they could not achieve those numbers without a big lay off first. SAD!
