I got 350 RSU with 4 years vesting. and seems low compared to whatever reported here.

I am hired as IC5 in OCI in bay area. My based $205k and Stocks worth of $25k year.
Do anyone think that my stock compensation is under market?
Is $100k stock is per year? If so, how many RSUs you get when you join as IC5 with 4 year vesting.
Oci 350+100 stock + bonus +benefits
For OCI, $200k salary, $100k stock, and a small bonus sounds about right. For the rest of Oracle, that would be a dream. IC5s a few years ago that I know were hired at $135k base, no stock, and no bonus for non-OCI. That is a very low salary in today's market since IC5s are on the higher end of the technical roles.
Any new employee who has been drought in as an IC5 will be the first to get dumped in the next RIF. So don’t get too excited about your salary, you won’t have it for very long.
About $200K Salary, $100K Stock, and some bonus (not much)
