Your commission is determined on the efforts of your coworkers who are essentially strangers that you happen to work with. I don't come to work to make friends. I came to make money. Why is my check dependent on someone who I wouldn't trust alone with a broom, dust pan and no concise directions.
@1nox+1hU9cQ2A Hey let your Verizon leadership team know the ramifications of getting rid of individual commission in the corporate locations. Team commission doesn’t work. That’s why no other sales based jobs do it that way. Lots of great reps are just doing enough to get by. So much is being left on the table it’s ridiculous. Numbers don’t lie.

Those 12k adds today barely make up for the disconnects. Most of our Retail adds are low value connected devices and tablets that will be churned within a year.
Don’t bet on KB being able to right this ship. She’s part of the leadership team that drove our abysmal results in retail for years.
