Thread regarding Ford layoffs

People First? Really?

And I hear about layoffs from Bloomberg? Instead of my CEO? They play mind games with us and they are leaking it to the press to prepp us?

Remember Fields letting us know about layoffs, well in advance. It sucked but it was the right thing to do. How about Jimmy and Billy, how do they treat us? They are not and they will never be leaders.

If you think they are here to lead this company into the bright future, you are so wrong. They lack spine, vision, ethics and are here just to prop up their ego and line their pockets.

I do believe in the Ford's Truths, just remember they were shorted to fit the PowerPoint presentation since the LL didn't know how to change the font size. Here is the full version:

1- Put people first with no jobs, give bonuses to management for the "savings".
2- Be curious about what other managers are doing because probably they are backstabbing you.
3- Built yourself Ford tough because violence and roughness will allow you to climb the management ladder.
4- Only One (Bill) Ford can rule the company and torment our souls.
5- Play to win because the end justify the means. Don't stop by anything.
6- Create tomorrow by backstabbing and credit stealing today.
7- Do the right thing for your manager so you'll get promoted.

You need to understand that Farley is not an upfront person. They didn’t get to be CEO without a lot of backstabbing, brown nosing and stepping all over any potential competitors for the job.
