More changes coming

Hearing of a few more VP possible retirements, reorganizing and internal merging in ops.

Makes sense tbh, but hoping within all areas to retain those who manage and produce without duplication. Should be more appropriate ways of working instead of illusions.

At least repurpose folks who do or try to do their jobs with all these politics, but are collateral damage to those dynamics. My concern is folks will keep buddies irrespective.

I have no faith in HR, which has also been significantly cut back anyway. If done poorly, that's how we'll fold in the market.
