I knew I was training my India replacement. You just know. Then he left the company in India. So I was given another person. Spent months training him. Then he left. They do not pay very well in India. I do not think they documented the processes. I do think I will be training anyone else. I will be let go.

India is done, they shuttered plants over there yesterday.

This is not new news. It has been happening since the first round of packages in 2008. They took out a whole floor of people at a time.
