What percentage of that is One Talk lines that remain dormant without usage? This company is a joke. Keep slamming those OT !

Don’t forget about all those e-sims. Not only are OT lines slammed but E-Sim for business as well. Zero usage on thousands of these lines. The consumer/business ratio for adds is out of wack for Q2.
oh and to be completely clear with you, we can’t add a single thing without it being emailed, in detail, to a customer, who even has to open the terms and conditions and pricing to be able to sign. so no. those are actual adds. but i understand that’s a thing of the past for some channels that used to slams and cram to hit their check.
