Showed my previous statement to a newish coworker and they quit 2 weeks later. Lol prob didn't help that I showed him how we got a fatter check on incentive from pandemic. When he saw my 3-4k statements he said "damn how much was your kicker" lul
Not so happy when they see my comm checks from two years ago LOL
$4K comm and never cared what my coworkers were doing...
and probably better customer loyalty
Yeah all the new hires love it as well. It fills them all with so much joy that after about two months of happiness they leave for other jobs and often lesser paying ones.
