Wow. What poor results. Our strategy clearly isn't working in consumer. Hopefully some big changes come soon and those leaders responsible for this horrible approach are held accountable. They have no idea how bad the customer and employee experience is. Clueless.

The stores are a sh-t show. Over worked and understaffed. We are sent all the cr-p that the agents and outsources departments can't fix. We are not miracle workers and our good reps are constantly being replaced by a never ending cycle of job hoppers. This looks like Build Back Better plan. Nice job wokies.
Who runs Consumer at T-Mobile? They are kicking our as--s at VZ!
Maybe if the company wasn't worried about planting trees and " being a good citizen" we wouldn't be in this mess. Not one customer cares if we plant a damn tree for them, or if we volunteer in our community, they care about the cost they pay every month, and the fact that as that cost is going up our network is getting worse, we are shedding customers like mad to the company's that are less money for the same service....but the people at the top keep drinking the we're the best Kool aid!!!
There is no strategy, this company believes in exec fever dreams and tech magic bullets. It's been a steady decline since Denny left.
I don't think anyone in leadership can answer simple, pre-selected, employee questions. Shocked no one asked why they haven't increased wages, despite making billions in profit. They would have probably gave the, "oh we're always looking at the market to make sure we're providing competitive wages" "we're all feeling the crunch of inflation, but we need to execute on our plan" "work harder and care more, if you do that, you still won't see any increase in compensation."
Hans looked downright dejected on the call today. Would love to be a fly on the wall while the board grilled him.
Are we really shocked that Consumer would suffer under KB’s and MB’s “leadership”? Get real. Past performance predicted our current consumer results from these executives.
Just wait until “it’s all about the execution” drumbeat amplifies.
We someone says that we need to “do a better job executing”, what they are really saying is, “we failed to plan better and made poor decisions as executives over the past years, so we need you to work harder to makeup for our failures as leaders”
The fact their salary is 243x the average employee’s salary is just more insult to injury.
12,000 adds. what purpose to the stores serve? Boomer nursing homes and activity centers?
The stock just went back to $47
Who's selling thousand of thousands of shares all at once?
Verizon will be the new Blockbuster keep raising the fees for cosummers
12,000 wireless adds. What are these stores for again?
Haha. They ain't getting rid of Hans. We had the parachute clause. 40 mil if they fire him.
Will this be the last straw for the board to dump Hans and bring in a CEO who actually knows how to run Verizon? Literally everything is broke within the company
