Conflicting massages

I am glad that someone here mentioned what has been bothering me for a long time in this company. How many times do you get very conflicting messages from managers, one wanting one thing, and the other exactly the opposite? How do you deal with that?
I can't believe that they do it intentionally, but it certainly indicates poor communication, and causes unnecessary drama.

Two managers one doesnt manage at all the other keeps contradicting themselves so it is hard to pick in my case rather just a matter of timing.

Most managers in this company couldn't manage to find their way out of a Walmart if they were lost.

May need to consult with DeShaun Watson regarding conflicting massages, but messages yes.

Honestly management seems to be so stretched thin with calls and other tasks outside of managing, that the managing portion is phoned in for the most part.

Pick a favorite and side with them or play both sides. That's the game.
