Frank plays favorites, and having "co-heads" of an organization is not financially sustainable. It's obvious Frank is going to pick his FD favorite Himanshu over Todd. Todd's nervousness on today's town hall said it all. Todd seems like a respectable guy and I feel like he has landed in an unfortunate situation.

Nine months. He held on longer than expected.
One is gone but they are still retaining this co-heads concept
Yeah this is the installation of a corporate stooge to run things the way Frank wants. Some of the BU's under Todd refused to implement Sapience. I bet that will be change number one.
How dare you spread rumors on a rumor site!
HR is denying it. That means it is true.
Come on now - Frank never called the cores that - he is a banker actually loves the bank products.
When you exaggerate, lie and spread rumors you damage your personal integrity.
Look, it doesn't take a genius to know that every organization thrives when it has two leaders. Go ahead, name a country that doesn't have two presidents. A boat that sets sail without two captains. Where would Catholicism be without the popes?

Frank's ideas aren't even original.
They can afford co-heads but are laying people off? Sigh.
Frank had co-heads (same Frank term) in HR at First Data. They lasted until his first choice became available and was brought in from the outside. Eventually those co-heads disappeared. I suspect only one will survive here and I suspect it will be Himanshu. Unless Himanshu is leaving to be CEO elsewhere (next logical step for him.)
Interesting footnote: the HR co-heads were female and they didn’t like the term co-head for obvious reasons so on one communication they referred to themselves as co-leads and Frank blew a gasket. Said something like “I choose my words carefully and you cannot change them.” What a maroon.
Himanshu rubs his ear when he is lying.
The co-head thing is very wierd. You'd sure think co-heads would need to be co-located for collaboration.... It feels like FB threw two into the ring to see who comes out...expect them to be co-heads until knowledge transfer is complete and HP ascends as favorite. Hopefully TH will have soft landing, parachute.
If Todd is still tied to Bank Solutions he will not advance. Frank views the cores as, in his words, the ‘cancer of Fiserv’.
