It is the concept of being comfortable or trying something new. The younger people have more chance to move around and find what they want as their responsibilities are usually less than those of us that have a longer time on this planet. While I have worked here I have learned multiple things and how to do things in multiple ways. One thing I have always kept is what I like and what I dislike from a position. Things have been good and bad, usually it cycles. This time is different, as it has been bad for longer.
Today I am going in and putting in my resignation. Does this concern me? Yes it does, but I need to advance myself as there is nothing here that allows me to improve. Where I go looks greener and I will know more when I am there. Who knows what the future holds? I may love it or hate it. It must be done for my sanity. To those of you still here, make the best of what you can and move on if you must.
