Prior to the merger, we were inefficient but made up for it because teammates actually cared about the client experience.
After the merger we remain inefficient, but customer care has now been replaced with apathy. It is tough to care for clients when you are as despised and expendable as we are to this executive team.
When’s this all going to end? Any insiders here willing to take some bets on the fines! And “Truist Park”…. Is that contract actually going to renew? Pretty cr---y brand to be repping. Seems like everyone knows someone screwed by truist in one way of the other.
Frankly the bank doesn't know how to handle widespread fraud, inside information is pointing to our oversea partners selling client information on the dark web. I moved all my accounts after BB&T informed my credit card was used in a fraudulent transaction, mind you that my credit card was turned off online by me since the merger.
C'mon, folks, give 'em a break. Technology is hard! Even for the smartest kids in the room!
