I understand there are supply constraints. My issues is how my pay is affected when I have no control over it. I'm being graded and payed based on a performance system that is unattainable atm. Its not like SRs here get payed well to begin with.

Super territories have already started on our team as we have 2 so far. More too come as they transition into this new system first of the year

Seems obvious that next step is remaining dsd with larger territories

Seems obvious that the next move will still be Dsd only with bigger territories

If we can't supply our own distribution centers how can we supply big box stores distribution centers?
We're going to stay DSD until the supply chain gets better for sure

I love how at the end of the month/quarter is when we really start to run out of product. Running a plus 100 percent pacing the whole time to fall negative in the last week.

Like I said, Supply Chain issues are part of the problem. Salinas and pi-s poor Management is the biggest issue.

They claim supply chain issues, but I see a sh------e full of Keebler in the stores.
Maybe if they didnt close the two US plants we wouldnt have these issues.
Publix today no premiums or ritz.

There is no conspiracy plan to avoid paying bonuses. There are still a lot of Supply Chain issues and poor management. Plain and simple.

The Mexico plant could be part of it, but there's too much out, or on allocation, I think there's more to the story.

I can 100% say that a big part of the supply issue is Salinas. What a joke that facilty is and Management should be held accountable for the decision to invest so much in Mexico. However, those decision makers are long gone. I'd rather have a root canal daily than deal with that facilty ..

I feel like they are doing the supply issues on purpose. If they 'can't supply us', then they can't pay out bonuses. Our area hasn't seen a decent quarter since like q2 of last year.
