I think we need more Strategic Advisors to the CEO. Ronan and Tami just aren't getting it done advising Hans. Hans has had a terrible run since Verizon 2.0 was announced. Next candidates for Strategic Advisors are Rose Stuckey Kirk, Rima Qureshi, Kyle Malady, Diego Scotti.
A big part of the problem is there are too many executives. Go add up how VPs and up we have, all making major bucks. That's where the true fat is. Empire builders for the sake of their own existence and a ride on the gravy train.
Keep dreaming about a big RIF guys. You will be working at VZ forever. No people/ workers available In the street to be hired

I think Management should get substantial pay raises. Mainly at the Director level and above. They are the most important part of this massive machine.

Cut the fat in retail, ops job should be done by Directors or Dms, less Dms and directors. They have no use to anyone. Wouldn't last more then a day in the store or away from blue jeans
20K employees off payroll by September? That’s shockingly big; I might expect around 5K - 7K as more likely. But who knows?
We need to see what 2nd qtr looks like…those results will say a lot.
