Not sure if anyone can help me here. I cannot figure this out and I am hoping someone here figured it already. Anyhow, loyalty offers are not attaching on plans changes. I can make it work when I change plan then go back in and enter loyalty offer after. This will make the transition count go up... So, do you know what's up?

The escalation form are not coming to us. No one is sure where they are ending up. IT is working on a fix.
If the offer doesn't attach fill out the myoffers escalation form (can be found in infomanager). The offline team will apply it :)
