Lots of burnout all over the place

I must be doing a triple workload at this point.

Is there anyone here who isn't on the verge of burnout?

Poor mgmt caused this & it’s time Oracle clean-up the problem, corrupt middle mgmt.

Yes this is true
Employee’s should be in motion either upwards (promotion) or outside (let go)
Favorites take promotion and slaves keep on working for burnout

You are not alone. The only thing keeping me here was the ability to work remote, and the work was easy because I'd been doing it for years. Now it's nothing but chaos. Now that other companies are offering remote work I'm definitely looking for my next gig.
