I know for a fact people are being laid off with another wave coming in August because they have to make room for all of the Cerner employees. Whether it impacts your role depends which org you’re in and ultimately the relationship with your manager. One thing is certain, everything is hush, hush.

I’m by no means an insider but the reorg in June was particularly aggressive about “oNe OrAcLe” so I’m assuming they are going to merge pillars like license and cloud and then trim the fat. This is my first real job so we’ll see I guess.
