There are companies that realize the value of their employees and will bend over backwards to make sure to either avoid or minimize layoffs. Then there are companies that will use any crisis (even an artificial one) to cut as many people as possible. We're just unlucky to work for the second type of company. I hope people wise up and leave for a company that cares about them.

The problem we have was due to massive over hiring during the pandemic. The euphoria of the stock price got to the head of management and, instead of staying level, they opened the flood gates. Now we're way off operating margin and all of us drones are again paying the cost of bad managerial decisions.
How many rounds of layoffs so far?
Schulman and his team of incompetence will probably get booted after next earnings and at this point I feel bad for wherever they end up next. Also I feel bad for Walmart employees that have to deal with Rainey.
