The "partnership" announcements are getting embarrassing. Obviously, Kyndryl can't do anything modern on their own. Why in the world would anyone pay a Kyndryl premium for Azure infrastructure? Some of these partners are already dead too! Trying to cross-train "once retired" grandpas from the IBM glory days just isn't attractive to technologically progressive organizations. If you are one of these geezers, please die peacefully on the vine. If you are under 50, why are you still here? I put my two weeks in last week - Kyndryl HR only approved one and they also tried to sc--w me on unused vacation time. The exit process was just plain gross and unprofessional - be prepared for that.

I’m dealing with separation from Kyndryl now as we speak. Frankly, I’m thrilled to be gone. IBM has become a joke….Kyndryl is even more of a joke.
