Its amazing how many new hires are leaving after they receive there sign on bonus. Just goes to show that FAILURE is the new way at knock off nike.

More stores in Mich just went the word will not allowed to talk about or post. Could be anything.
I have been hearing this all over and experienced it in my district. Just sad that we can do anything to retail our current employees yet willing to allow such frequent turnover.

Most of the new hires leaving within six months has to do with the commission component. The other is the fact of having to work helping boomers all day. No twenty something year old enjoys that.
They could have used that money to retain their good, tenured reps. Instead they waste it on these clowns.

Never in 15 years have I seen the stuff happening with new hires. People ghosting the job, leaving will still in training. Termed for attendance with in 6 months. Their resumes are something else as well.
