I am working very hard to support my customer’s growth and supporting their SR’s, but I am continually distracted by others. It is not enough that my management demands constant updates, and forecasts of my customer’s future consumption, but I am also bombarded by so any others,
New courses and training is continually dropped on my lap, training that is more sales related than my job.
An army of ‘helpers’ also call. They are Pushing one program or another, in theory to help me, but I suspect that it is just to keep them employed!
Many extra hours, for which I am not paid, and all for a bonus that pays out about only 50% of target, while Oracle has phenomenal growth. Perhaps the money has gone to pay for the overhead?
