I have no other explanation why nothing here changes for the better while the best people are leaving. The only thing that comes to mind is that maybe the leadership thinks that this is an excellent workplace, and that we are the ones who are ungrateful that we have a job here?

You still don't get it... Do you? Their is nothing to fix because this is what they want. Their plan is working perfectly.

This IS an excellent workplace! I make my policies. I issue my orders. Then I get to come here (and a few other sites) to read what the rocket surgeons and psychics THINK is going on.
I love working here. I always go home with a smile on my face.
I’m convinced it’s all part of a master plan. They are trying to get as many seasoned retail people to leave as possible. Most are on the high end of the pay scale. It was probably a two year plan that ends this year. It will be no surprise if individual commission starts next year. It’s no secret that going back to that pay plan will solve a lot of problems in the corporate retail stores.
I have left Verizon it’s been 2 months now what is it like now? What’s the day to day like what’s changed? I heard a lot of more changes have occurred.
This place has become a joke.
It's so when they sell you off or close your store it feels like they are doing you a favor.
