Wasted my time here. This is a company where issues are just piling up, and nothing is being solved. I have been working here for a long time and we have had the same complaints for years.
There are definitely many issues and now it's getting difficult to say which ones are major and which are the priority to be solved?? At least I wouldn't be able to single out major issues anymore, because there are too many of them.

Understand that Verizon is ostensibly a government agency so working there is like working for the DMV or IRS. You are exchanging a relatively safe salary and boring work for accomplishing anything meaningful in your career.
What are your issues?
