Covid Spread

Anyone else feeling lost and confused.

Got covid from work and spread the covid to my family. Trying to take care of them but it now feels like getting covid is my fault and getting shamed for working from home.

Did this WFH for 2 years and now it is a problem.

What a culture Nike. Glad I am back on campus….

Hope everyone leaves if they can.

Gotta get over the VID hysteria. I’ve been sick many times in my life with a cold. Many of them well over a week. Gotta move on.

"COVID seems to legitimately be no more threatening than a cold at this time"

I have been sick as a dog for a week, I can tell you it's a lot more concerning than a cold.

Does anyone remember back in the day when vaccines were to prevent you from getting a disease??? Now people are aligning with the message that “it could be worse “ when you get it! What the H?

“it's rampant on campus right now... but seems like leadership is trying to ignore it or sweep it under the rug”

They are quiet because it’s an only vaccinated and boosted population allowed on campus. And we are one of the few companies still forcing vaccines. My body, Nikes choice. These are facts regardless of your feelings.

Im also feeling lost & confused because we were mandated by JD and the circus to get a shot that doesn’t work and only makes our immune system weaker. Now we are all back together and shocker, everyone is sick. Since when does flu season go into the summer? Click that down arrow if you’re a loser sheep who wants more ineffective boosters

Nike's culture around the family and your personal health has always been completely toxic. Nothing new with Covid. I knew people who were drummed out of jobs and "put on plans" because they couldnt work around the clock due to health issues with them or their family. I am talking serious issues here that were life altering/threatening (think cancer). I knew a few that were "hidden" by sympathetic VPs. They were basically given no show jobs to protect them. Its always been awful.

This was only an issue originally because hospitalization rates were overwhelming. Newer strains don’t seem to have the same impact on people, so it shouldn’t be as much of a concern. I would by all means prefer to work from home but COVID seems to legitimately be no more threatening than a cold at this time.

I didn't catch covid on campus, just a bad case of apathy and remorse.

I have Covid now too. Not sure where I got it because I hadn’t been into the office since Tuesday. But, it’s everywhere. I was careful, wore a mask. And I still got it.
