Don’t assume that all those retirements are all dead wood! A few might just be riding it out, but the ones I have met are still try hard to keep the company together, surround by a sea of inexperienced class of’. Let’s just hope that they managed to mentor a few, correct others, and mitigate the mistakes of management!

4 persons were all 20+ years.

Someone posted that next quarter, consolidating to one mgmt system so, layoffs for mgrs & VP's. Makes perfect sense.
Fewer people = less mgmt as is w/b top heavy.
Scary reality check, O is dieing slowly.
If so, what is the bigger plan?
So many are quitting, no clue why they would lay off anyone.
