Thread regarding Nike Inc. layoffs

Took less than a year

The training process did not prepare me for what to expect and how to deal with a certain situation. Even then I gave the company the benefit of the doubt. There were favorites that got special treatment - but you find that in every corporation. The work environment was another issue I had. Supervisors were not helpful to their employees and there were times that I’ve witnessed others being set up to fail. After seeing this more than a few times done to different coworkers I decided I’d seen enough. Found something that pays slightly less, but at least I’ll have peace of mind.

Come on there is no training process not just Nike but almost everywhere. Wake up and learn on the job man.

Training process? Is this post Nike specific? Looks like it could be a generic statement for just about anywhere

I think I was being generous by calling it a training process. When put together, online and in-person training lasted for less than two days.
