My role was impacted back in Feb because of this reorg. Wondering how many total were impacted. In case you wondered, headcount for the entire OP&OO org after the reorg is around 640. Hopeful this means there are no more layoffs for this org.
No one knows anything about whats going on. People feel misinformed, and yeah, all job reqs were pulled back all of the sudden. Leadership is clueless … worst reorg ever!

Complete disaster over there from system and orientation and transformation. No one knows what is going on or at least very few people. No straight answers.
They are on a hiring freeze. The whole org is a disaster with titles and positions mostly given based on how close someones relationship was to the SVP rather than expertise. People with literally 0 days experience in a subject matter given directors titles over people with a decade of experience.
It's the culmination of Verizon's downfall in one organization.
