Return

I would not rule out a return of Jeff yabucki to right the ship. Walk street is losing patience with Frank and nothing would fuel Jeff’s ego more than a chance to show up the guy that double crossed him. Honestly, I’d return for that ride

I miss Yabuki. Never thought I’d utter those words, but like the song says, you don’t know what ya got until it’s gone. :(

The board makes the decision of who is in charge and the board is stacked for Frank.

Jeff was out as soon as the deal was contemplated. They did the standard “keep him around for X months” for appearances sake.

Why? It was under Yabucki’s watch that Fiserv acquired First Data? Did they not do proper due diligence and realize KKR would become the single largest stockholder after acquisition or was this all part of his plan? Negligent or complicit? Neither are envious attributes. He got his golden parachute and left the new organization in his wake.

Frank is an incompetent bully. Jeff is the only one who can right the ship.

Wouldn’t count on it. That part is long gone history.
