Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

B360 is a joke

Customer wanting to add 3 new lines to existing business account since we opened the store. I’ve encounter every error known to man. After 50 minutes I had to look the customer dead in the face and say “sorry I can’t sell you these phones because system issues”

Then as much as I hate passing things off to telesales , that’s what I had to do. 5 minutes later the customer comes back and says telesales is closed and it’s not allowing me to order new phones.

All I could do is apologize and jump to the next person in our already slammed queue.

Leadership take a paycut!?! To make our company better?? Lmao maybe when pigs fly.

Anyone with a business account just needs to port out and find a carrier that cares about its employees otherwise expect a terrible experience every time you need a phone

I blame our ceo

Omg we had that problem yesterday! It wasn't just b360, it was pos 2.0 too. It gave me an error that literally stated the system couldn't do porting at this time. I had to reschedule the sale for next week. It's to the point that our gm is complaining about the constant system issues that are making our easy jobs basically impossible. It's really bad when you have to explain why the system takes 5 minutes to ring up a basic accessory sale or why it failed and it takes 10 different times to get it to go through. Something needs to be done but noone wants to hold IT or that department accountable, instead they tell us to find a way around it. So we get a pay cut yet they want us to now also figure out our own device issues while failing to get the customer taken care of....it's bu-----t. Leadership needs to take a paycut so thr company can invest in our IT issues.

We feel your pain daily. Just gotta start doing only appointments for everything unless it’s a new line. That’s what a lot of stores are doing. Appointments for upgrades and anything troubleshooting wise. Seems to be working until customers stop coming, but hey, we will be 5 bars though and go green!
