This case is actually a criminal case where an employee of the moving company used ABA and account to steal the money. This was not the only former moving company customer the criminal stole from.

I think this link may actually support your premise.

Customers are getting to the place they don’t trust Truist, employees and their communities don’t trust Truist, and the only stockholders that trust this executive team are people that don’t compare their performance to peer institutions.

Is there a stakeholder group this bank hasn’t alienated yet? The joke is there are only two jobs that are completely safe at Truist, and they are the ones responsible for this mess - Bill and Beau. I have resigned myself to the fact that the Truist Board will wait until the maximum number of employees are hurt and this thing completely implodes before they raise a finger.

Current employee. On the retail side. I’ve been in banking for a while and I have never seen anything like this. I feel awful for the clients. Employees hands are tied behind their back. There are no tools to help branch bankers do their job. This is the worst company I have ever worked for in my life. Everyone is toxic. This bank is terrifying. Im not sure what’s going to come of all this…
