Because it made me realize what companies to avoid in the future. Thank goodness I walked away from this place before everything imploded.

I hired on before the merger, and honestly thought I'd retire there. As soon as it became evident the company had cancer, I left for much greener pastures. That being said, Fiserv was the springboard that got me here. I still think Fiserv has enough name recognition that it can be a good stepping stone to something better. I gained some knowledge for my resume there, and I made some great friends and contacts. Not sorry it's on my resume, just glad it's listed as "former employer".
