so what does it mean to work an account totally? what did you used to do? and BAMs are doing your prospecting now?
What new accounts? As a MAM, I was told to work the accounts totally - the Acct Mgrs were the hunters. Now my director is all about "new Logos", even though largest CE NL sale is 8 lines.
Can someone clue us in on what happened to VBG? Is this in Business Market like BAMs and MA-s… sorry SR. Account Mgr and Client Executive
BS. period. too much work, customer service, tech support, promotion support and the full 9 while we have insane quotas to hit. zero support since everyone and their mom is a vendor now and they think we can hit these targets babysitting their needy customers who we should really just tell to go somewhere else since we can’t support them after the sale is done
