I ask those who have been here for many years. I’ve been here for almost a year and it’s hard for me to imagine staying another year, let alone ten years or more like some.

I despise going to work 29 years. That’s why Kraft unloaded Nabisco.
Nope! Like Jordan Peele new movie NOPE! DIDN'T ENJOY WORKING THERE! FORGET MODELEZ. THAT BS CR-P. TRUST ME. LIFE FEELS WAY BETTER WHEN U LEAVE.
H*** to tha naw
So true, "the good ole days" were good indeed! GS in this region really screwed things up, he was the beginning. Lying to employees and treating the organization like it was his own...wrong! Total disregard for people. Watching them try to turn this ship is funny, people hate it. Literally only people I know here are those close to retirement or those looking for other jobs. Totally laughable.
So true. In my 29th year. Hope you can retire soon. I'm aiming for first of year
I have work for the company for 33 years. I enjoyed the early years it’s to bad some people will never know how good things were Weekend trips, cook outs ,Christmas party.
We all cared about each other. Enjoyed being together. Not now you can’t trust ANYONE. As I wait for retirement I try to remember those days and smile. Also I think you poor people you deserve better.
It’s been getting tougher and tougher to stay. PTO and company car which has kept me at this company but it’s time to move on. Filled out my first applications in over 20 years with the company. Lack of help, asking us to do more and more and 2% raises just don’t cut it. If your a white male your the outsider in this company. Look at our leadership all outside of America employees. If your female, hispanic or have a accent you are this companies favorite employee. The company only cares what looks good on paper and what the media says. Surveys are a joke, leadership have no clue what we do out in the field and if your not out in the field they think you sit at a desk all day.
The fact that it is now a revolving door of employees means a lot! Cannot retain help. Management is a joke. They used to be able to get away with it, not anymore. The pandemic raised the bar, and Mondelez is so far down the rabbit ho-e with how it allowed management to treat employees.
You can literally start working just about anywhere else and get the same compensation as 20 yr veterans of Mondelez, only difference is the PTO which isn't worth the headache of all they put you through.
Change isn't easy, but getting out of Mondelez was the single BEST thing I did for myself! Zero regrets!
Yes. Used to be a highly sought after job. Times with Kraft were very good.
No longer
Even when Kraft owned Nabisco it was good. Kraft was a company that had standards and protocols. Once Mondelez was formed it became a sh*t ho-e! Discrimination is rampant. Gross.
You can take this job a shove it!
Yes. I am retired. Before Kraft bought Nabisco, being a sales rep was great. No GPS. Plenty of help. Your route was yours to run. That might require 60 hour weeks around holidays, but it also meant you could sometimes have a short day in the slower times. Hit your numbers and SELL.
