The amount of workload I have to do has doubled since last year. It was hard for me to make a decision and accept a new job because I worked here for years, but only now do I see that I should have left here a long time ago.

There is always the fear of the unknown. I have a good friend at BofA and she laughs about how terrible she hears Truist has become - what does that tell you? The majority of places DO value their employees, don’t let fear keep you at a place that doesn’t, and I can sure assure you Bill and Beau couldn’t give a rip about you.
