We've just wrapped up a reorg a few months ago and now I'm hearing talk about another one? Is this just idle office gossip or is there really another reorg on the way? If the answer is yes I have to ask, why? Why do we need another one so soon after one was completed? Did the management do such a lousy job of it that they need to fix it now? Or is it something else?

If Executives cared 1/10 as much about digging in and creating a successful organization as they do about goosing the stock price for their personal benefit, we wouldn’t be in this mess. This is another in a long line of sad jokes on employees. I like to think at some point shareholders have got to get weary of this sham of a management team.
The reorg is planned merging some departments together, another round of RIF's of SVPs or higher. Now that the systems are merged, and everyone busted their as*'s, they don't need us anymore. It will probably be the final clean out of HBB&T.
Meanwhile they're really trying to sell us on that Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Not just lipstick, they're putting while Tammy Faye makeup on this pig.
