How many one bar performances in a row get you fired? Asking for a friend

The one major factor that is the problem with this "contribution * comp plan is that you have usually 3 non contributing individuals at a location ( Gm,2 SM's )with all the reps with keys and inventory and opening and closing responsibilities, who should go then ?
Our dimwitted Gm seems to be taking the comp plan seriously. I can only speculate on the pip process by his actions. So one rep got 1bar in April had a quote" discussion,"he got a one bar in May, he told me a verbal warning ,now the speculation, next month said rep would get a ' written warning " the month after a final written, Lastly, 1 month to turn it around then review for termination. I say the stores will be severely understaffed and Gms will be doing nothing but interviews for new candidates. Also ,there is quite a few SMs leaving with about 10 reps intervening to try and get into the " do nothing club"or a Sm. The must have been in a padded room to come up with this comp.plan.Its the beginning of the end.
In the union we eat candy bars. Eating only one bar is considered low performance indeed. I tend to eat 10 bars a day and am considered a high performer.
Retail. We are measured in bars 1-5 bars, except it's really 1, 3 and 5. Never seen anyone at 2 or 4. Five bars gets you a $200 kicker bonus that is about $100 bucks after tax. Flawed system that promotes doing more with less and penalizes you the more hours you work and transactions you make. Only someone at Verizon could come up with such a flawed broken system.
Never seem a bar performance metric. What business is this?
Wrong board. Depends on how much they have documented. However I think they can put you on a pip. 10 years never seen anyone actually fired for numbers. Usually they just get so worn down they look for a new job and leave. The expectations for this now burger flipping job are out of control.
