Being laid off from Fiserv was not fun but in the end, it was something I needed to break out of a rut I was stuck in. I accepted that being unhappy at work is a normal thing and that everybody was in the same boat, so I had to suck it up. My new job has opened my eyes. I make the same money but I'm so much happier. The atmosphere is so much better and what I do is interesting rather than boring and repetitive. I wanted to revisit this forum just to say that how you are treated at Fiserv is not normal and there are better options available. I hope all of you find them.

100 percent correct OP. Leave the abuse and disgust from the C suite behind you. They don’t deserve another second of your time and value.
The HR schill wouldn’t now would they?
But for the other ‘44000’ of us, it’s good advice for us to find our forward to a better employer, isn’t it.
The HR schill has no power here.
Sorry don’t need your career advice!
