I must admit they had a great idea that those who survive layoffs do more work, but that idea won't fly because this is not the only company I can work for.
Do they think we should be grateful just to have a job? If leadership thinks survivors will just shrug their shoulders and agree to do the extra work for the people they cut, I think they were wrong.
Recession is about to hit - might want to rethink that.
Just bide your time until you find something better. Just because they increase your workload doesn’t mean you need to over-extend yourself. What’s the worse that could happen? They fire you 🤣🤣. If you’re looking to leave and already have a foot out the door, don’t cut your nose off to spite your face.
Same for me. I will be bailing as soon as I can find a job.
