Any other retail reps get harassed on the daily to do their “ALLEGO” assignment? 😂 I’m just here to sell phones , sorry sir I will not be doing homework for this sh*tty job. You want me to do cold calls and homework assignments ALL while paying me less than what I made a few years ago? GTFOH

Yeah do it as a joke. What are they going to do? Fire you because your video is bad? Make you re-do it? Sure keep trying, great use of company time and sound like an awesome thing to get paid for. A lot of you people really got to get smarter about all this stuff and quick.
Lol turn everything into a joke Lol what are they gunna do? Fire you so you can make more money some where else? Loll
Haha I was sarcastic in my allego and it was hilarious. My manager didn't like it too much but I don't really care. They won't fire me for it but even if they did, its not like I can't make the same pay if not more somewhere else
Everyone should be over the top sarcastic and sell every product in the video recordings. See if you can do it without laughing at how stupid it sounds offering them vz home protect and 5G home internet and TMP and a tablet and watch and accessories and hotspot and speakers and headphones. See if you can sell them on a sim card for fun. See if they want a credit card to charge everything you just pitched. Give them the biggest quote they ever seen. Tell them its the koolaid they asked for.
I cringe when I hear my SM or GM ask me to do these worthless assignments. "I want you to pitch an item to a nonexistant customer on video, don't worry about the queue right now, you have to complete this first". So evidently allego assignment is more important than making money...
another waste of money by this mo--n CEO, that app is not free, and once again buying or paying for cr-p that does not benefit Verizon only their friends selling their d-mb service like BLUE JEANS garbage.
Blue Jeans even for our meetings are cr-p and you want to get people out of zoom with an app that can't even do video conferences correctly.... No thank you!
allego is an app in retail. You watch training videos and then upload a video of role play that is viewed and "graded" by others mostly your boss and a trainer.
What’s the allego
Allego wasn't free. Have to show that the money was worth it.
When we had the last allego follow-up webinar training, I came off mute and asked my trainer why I had to do the allego lead-in when everything we went over in that was covered in the training she just did. My district manager texted me a thumbs up.
